Built in collaboration with @seventhsquarecoffee, this roast is grit in a bag. A medium-dark blend of half Brazil, a quarter Colombia, and a quarter Guatemala — balanced, bold, and smooth with enough kick to keep you chasing light long after the sun’s gone down.
Think dark cocoa, a hint of smoke, and a body that lingers just long enough to remind you it was worth it.
Roasted in Ouachita Parish. Bagged fresh. Sold only in runs of seven 12oz bags at a time. Whole bean only — because good coffee deserves a proper grind.
